Doha, 29 November 2022: Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has announced the appointment of Niall Byrne as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Niall is a seasoned financial and investment executive who joins QIA from J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he last served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, Global Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, Niall previously held different global roles at J.P Morgan Chase, including Chief Auditor for Asset & Wealth Management, Private Equity, Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking, covering activities in the United States, EMEA, Asia and Latin America.
