QIA Participates in Crusoe’s $3.9 Billion Series F Funding Round to Support AI Infrastructure

Doha, Qatar and Denver, Colorado – September 17, 2026 – QIA today announced its participation as a strategic investor in Crusoe’s $3.9 billion Series F funding round, at a $30.9 billion post-money valuation. The financing was led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners, alongside Founders Fund, GIC, NVIDIA, Radical Ventures, and TPG.

Crusoe builds AI infrastructure using an energy-first strategy, originating and managing power directly at the source. The financing will support the company’s efforts to scale its existing AI infrastructure programs and support the build out of its own AI factories, from large-scale, vertically integrated campuses to modular Crusoe Spark units, fueling the growth of its Crusoe Cloud capabilities. By operating the entire value chain, Crusoe serves its customers with both speed and quality results.

As AI adoption continues to accelerate, the energy-efficient infrastructure landscape remains increasingly important. QIA’s investment in Crusoe reflects its long-term commitment to backing innovative technology companies building the infrastructure needed to support the next phase of AI adoption, while driving greater efficiency across power and infrastructure.
