The Human Capital Department supports QIA in developing, creating and maintaining our talent-driven high-performance culture. ​

The Department is organised into five teams to assist QIA in achieving its strategic agenda:

• Recruitment: attracts top local and international talent

• Rewards & Performance: designs and implements rewards programmes, and ensures they are aligned with employees' performance

• Learning & Development: creates and implements unique and innovative talent development program, to support employees fully in achieving their highest potential

• HR Services: manages HR policies, personnel, payroll and immigration processes

• Employee Relations & Engagement: develops and implements HR strategy & business processes as well as manages internal communication, employee relations and employee engagement activities
