The Human Resources Department supports QIA in developing, creating and maintaining our talent-driven high-performance culture. ​

The Department is organised into four teams to assist QIA in achieving its strategic agenda:

• Recruitment: attracts top local and international talent

• Rewards: designs and implements rewards programmes, and ensures they are aligned with employees' performance

• Talent Management: creates and implements unique and innovative talent development programmes, to fully support employees in achieving their highest potential

• HR Services: manages personnel, payroll and immigration processes
